How to leave a gift to RISE
You can leave RISE a set amount, a share of your estate, or what remains after you have provided for the people you love. Whatever you choose, we recommend talking with your lawyer or trustee company, who can make sure your wishes are carried out.
Suggested wording for your lawyer
I give [the sum of $______] / [______% of my estate] / [the residue of my estate] to RISE Living Safe (registered charity CC24151), Level 3, 295 Trafalgar Street, Nelson, for its general charitable purposes. I declare that the receipt of the Chief Executive or other authorised officer of RISE Living Safe shall be a full discharge to my executors.
